How it started
The early 1950s saw the first personal watercraft. Water scooters were created by motorcycle companies in an effort to move from the road to the water. The water scooters were originally made in Europe but didn’t get the traction that the makers expected.
Clayton Jacobsen was born in the 1960s. Clayton Jacobsen, an Australian, created his first prototype in 1965. A year later, he made another prototype. Bombardier Corporation reached him.
